The TD04 X270R Kit from ASBO Performance.


We've worked hard to build an affordable, fit yourself kit which outperforms generic alternatives on the market. This turbo is built to run at 270 BHP, but when combined with the correct supporting modifications, this kit can reach 290+ BHP


Recommended Supporting Modifications

To maximize the performance of your X270R Kit, the following upgrades are recommended:

  • 2.5" Cat-Back Exhaust System

  • Free Flowing Intake (low mount is ideal)

  • Front Mount Intercooler

    In order for this kit to work, you will need to have the ECU Remapped, ideally on a rolling road running 99 octane fuel.

Kit Contents

The TD04 X270R Kit includes all parts necessary for installation:


  • TD04 X270R Turbo with Gen 3 "fast spool" impeller

  • 0.6 Bar Wastegate Actuator

  • De-Cat Downpipe (Sports Cat also available)

  • ASBO Water Blanking Plug

  • T25 Manifold Adapter Flange

  • Oil Return adapter

  • New Oil Feed Line and Banjo Bolts

  • All necessary gaskets


Optional Upgrades

  • Bosch 390cc or 620cc Injectors

  • Bosch 3-Bar Boost and MAP Sensors

  • Pierburg Uprated Boost Controller


Please note:


All Euro 6 (ME17.3.0) cars come factory fitted with 3 BAR MAP Sensors

620cc Injectors are recommended for 250+BHP
